Access (a security review still open, a data agreement not yet signed) is the most common reason a Proof-of-Value stalls before it starts. We can run the Proof-of-Value on rented cloud hardware, against synthetic or public data built to match the shape of yours, and still return a go / no-go on the method, the cost per unit of work and the compute footprint.
